CLASS DESCRIPTION

Get ready to unleash your inner strength in our 4-week boxing fitness program designed for women of all levels.

Each 1-hour session builds your physical power, sharpens your skills, and boosts your confidence.

Your weekly program includes:

  • 3 Boxing Fitness Sessions: Mitt work, bag punching & fun full-body exercises

  • 2 Bootcamp-Style Workouts (No Gloves): Upper & lower body focus
     

Every punch brings you closer to a stronger body, a braver mindset, and a united sisterhood.

Book Your Spot and Glove Up

Limited to 30 ladies per session. We keep our classes small so every woman gets personal attention and space to grow in confidence and strength.

Women from neighbouring areas are welcome to join. Non-residents must sign in on the Boxing Fitness register provided to the guards and show a valid ID or driver’s license for access.

Follow the 4 steps below:

01.

Choose the camp, package and timeslot.
 

If your camp is already full, you’ll be notified before completing Step 3.

02.

Message us on WhatsApp or eMail to confirm availability.

03.

Complete the Registration Form

New campers: complete the full form, including health info, waiver, and all sections.
 

Returning campers: complete only Section 2 (camp selection) and Section 8 (confirmation).

04.

Make Payment (EFT)

Use the banking details we share.
 

Make sure to use your full name as reference.

05.

Send via WhatsApp or eMail.
 

Once received, we’ll send your Welcome Letter with all camp info.
