Unleash Your Power, Uplift a Sister
EmpowerHER creates opportunities for women to connect, grow, and thrive — with or without gloves.
This initiative is focused on building our community, empowerment, and sisterhood beyond the barn. We host a variety of events to bring our members together.

Future Vision: We plan to expand our calendar with more events, workshops, and enrichment programs for our sisterhood.
Our Outreach
At Glove Up Girl!, we believe strength should uplift others. Through Pay It Forward / Paw It Forward initiatives, every punch supports a cause.
Drop-In Camps: One Saturday per month, we host high-energy, empowering drop-in sessions. These camps are themed around our outreach initiatives:

Pay It Forward: Supporting cancer awareness & under-resourced communities.

Paw It Forward: Supporting local animal shelters and welfare projects.
Price: R150 per drop-in session. (Dates will be communicated in advance).
Future Vision: We aim to expand our outreach to more women and communities through free workshops and fitness-for-good programs.
